As part of (YOUR CLUB) plan to improve facilities and resources we are running a fantastic Donnybrook Hoof Care Fund Raising Drive.
The money raised will assist our club to improve

and will assist in working towards improving any event we run at our grounds in the future.
Attached is a list of the products for sale in the Fund Raising activity. The products represent excellent value for the consumer. There are no animal products, petro-chemical or synthetic chemicals used in the making. The products are made from environmentally friendly, unrefined products and have a high anti-oxidant potency.
We are able to arrange delivery directly from the manufacturer to your nominated person if desired. We are selling a natural product that assists our horses well being, to other people who love horses. We do not recommend involving children selling, but if they do, adult supervision is required, especially if selling door to door.
We ask that all orders and money collected be returned to (NAME OF COLLECTOR), no later than (CLOSING DATE - 2-4 weeks from start date is reasonable).
If you are unable to assist in our Fund Raising Activity, please let me know no later than (DATE).
