How to "Order Form"1. Order Form Method * Distribute the literature (located at bottom of page) and order forms to members of your club for a short nominated period. One or two rallies is a reasonable amount. * Collect the order forms and payment in full from each order placed. Please make sure that any cheques are made out to your club (NOT DONNYBROOK). * Add up the orders on the tally sheet provided and transfer the total quantities to the Order Form * Complete the Order Form and post to Donnybrook Hoof, PO Box 452, Hahndorf, South Australia 5245 * Alternatively complete the Order Form Online Payment is not required until you receive an invoice after submitting the Order Form. Payment is to be made prior to delivery by Direct Debit or cheque by mail. Please pay with one cheque only or via direct debit with one entry. Payment Details will be provided with the invoice.

Important: * Please provide a delivery point where someone is available all day who can accept the delivery. * On receipt of the delivery check the number of items delivered to the product quantities identified on the invoice, prior to distribution to your group. If not – contact us immediately.
