Start a Fund Raising Event

• Store money in secure place and bank promptly.
• Write an introductory letter if intending to use other clubs to assist your fund raising efforts.
• Coordinate all parties involved.
• Consider purchasing the products before the campaign if intending to sell at events or shows.
4. Tips for Participants
• All Fund Raising should be advertised be adults.
• Be polite, smile and be enthusiastic about you cause.
• Always tell your customer who or what you are fund raising for.
• Focus the fund raising t horse events, people who have horses or areas where horse people may gather like Agricultural Shows
• Place all money collected in a safe place and return to the Fund Raising Organsier.
